How do I renew my Planner account?

You may renew your Planner account from 30 days from the renewal date. You will be notified when you log into your RBO and the link for the payment will be provided.

How is commission paid through E-wallet?

The commission is calculated by the calendar month. The commission is paid on the 15th of the following month via E-wallet. For details of breakdown of rebate and commission percentages, please review Compensation Plan documents in RBO.

How do I set up an E-wallet?

Because of privacy laws, you will receive an email for your E-wallet registration after the 9th of the following month if commission is due to you. 

Please check your inbox or spam folder for the email. Double check the email address that you provide to RIMAN is accurate and active.

What happens to my commission if I terminate my Planner account?

If you have any unpaid commissions at your termination, your commission will be released via E-wallet the following month of termination.

What happens to my commissions if return happens?

After completing the inspection of the returned products, any rebate generated from returned products will be collected if E-wallet has any balance.  In the event that there is no balance available in the E-wallet, we will proceed with the refund after deducting the rebate.

For other commissions paid to line of sponsorship, they will be deducted from their future commissions.

Can I rejoin after I terminate my Planner account?

Once you terminate your Planner account, you cannot revive your account. If you want to re-enroll as a new Planner under the same sponsor, you may do so right away, but if you would like to change sponsor, you must wait 180 days from the termination date.

E-Wallet
My information does not match in E-wallet.

If you have updated your account information with RIMAN before you received your first commission, all the updates may reflect on your E-wallet. However, if you make an update after you receive your first commission, you will have to request an update with E-wallet separately. 

If you try to link someone else’s bank account or try to link the same bank account twice, you will not be able to do so.

What do I need to set up my E-wallet account?

Once you receive an email, you will need to verify the information and simply set your password, PIN, Security questions, and link your bank account. The information on your Planner account must match the information you are submitting to E-wallet. You may find a tutorial on DRIVE.

Can I set up a direct deposit?

You cannot set up a direct deposit directly with RIMAN, but you may set up a direct deposit through E-wallet.

Which information do I need to place an order?

You would need a valid shipping address (no P.O. Box), valid U.S. or Canada phone number, and an active email address to place an order. 

You also need a valid credit card for payment.

Can I use a PO box?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is provided, your order may be cancelled.

I put a wrong information in my order.

Your order may not be processed if your inputted address or phone number is invalid. CS may attempt to contact to update your information and if unsuccessful after several attempts, the order may be cancelled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

At this time, we cannot update your shipping address once the order is placed due to taxes and shipping.

Can I return part of a set or a package?

Any promotional sets or packages must be returned in its entirety. Any single or partial products from a set or package will not be accepted.

What is the order cancellation policy?

Same day orders can be canceled before 2:59 p.m. PST, but after 2:59 p.m. PST.

Where is my tracking number?

Once the product is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. You will also be able to look up your tracking number in My Page.

Can I add packages to Autoship?

There may be certain packages that may not be eligible for Autoship (Starter Kits). You will be able to see products that are eligible for Autoship separately.

How do you calculate the eligibility for Pool Program?

The purchase volume within the most recent 12 months will be calculated for the eligibility of Pool Program. For example, if it is April 2024, your purchase volume from May 2023 to April 2024 will determine your achievement level in the program.

How long are the Points good for?

All the Points for customers will be issued 30 days after the purchase date, and will be available for 90 days after the issuance date. If not used within 90 days, the points will be expired.

What is the Travel Points used for?

Currently, Travel Points are used to qualify for Riman Retreats. We run different Retreats promotions at different times, so please check RIMAN Retreats page.

How do I accumulate the Travel Points?

Every promotion will run differently, but generally Travel Points are awarded on promotional packages, Starter Kit purchases by your sponsored Planners or customers, rank advancements, or group volume requirements. 

Certain criteria may be varied depending on the Retreats.

Can I transfer my Retreats to someone else?

On the retreats, we relax, and have lots of fun but provide training and time with executives. Therefore, transferring of Retreats winning is not permitted.

How many Bags can I create?

You may set up up to 10 Bags.

Can I update products in my Bag?

You cannot update products in your Bag. You may create another Bag or delete a Bag and create a new one if you’ve already created 10 Bags.

What can I use the Bag for?

You may send the link of your Bag to potential customers. Customers do not have to be registered to place an order. Planners and customers can also log in and place an order through your Bag, which the purchase will be credited to the Planners and customers ordered.

What happens if a product in my Bag is out of stock?

If the product in your Bag is out of stock, the link to the Bag is still valid without the product.

How can I use my Coupons (Product Credit)?

At the check out page, you will see available coupons. You will see two types of coupons: % coupons, or $ amount coupons (product credit). You may choose any coupons available at the time of checkout.

Can I combine my Product Credit/Coupons?

All coupons and product credits will have a different capability and some you may be able to use it with other points or coupons, while others may only be used independently. At check out, you will be able to see the available coupons and product credits.

What information do I need to provide for enrollment as a customer?

You need to provide your first and last name, date of birth (no year), shipping address, phone number, email address. For delivery and order communication purposes, email address will be verified.

How old do I have to be to enroll as a Planner?

You must be the legal age set by each state. In most states, the legal age is 18 years old.

Can I enroll as a Planner without a sponsor?

No, you cannot enroll as a Planner without a sponsor.

How many Planner accounts can I have?

You may only have one Planner account. Multiple accounts are not allowed.

Can I have a partner in my account?

We currently do not offer joint partnerships on a Planner account. The only joint account available is for married couples. For married couples, we require proof of marriage, and individual accounts outside of the joint account are not permitted.

What is the $20 fee for?

By enrolling as a Planner with a $20 fee, you now have an access to online store, business office, and many other supports with an authority to market RIMAN products.

What is Global Sponsorship?

If someone from Korea introduced you to RIMAN, you may add a Global Sponsor at enrollment. If you don’t have a Global Sponsor, you may leave the field blank. Global Sponsor information cannot be changed once input, so please input it carefully.

I want to sponsor Planners/Customers in other countries.

If you want to sponsor Planners or Customers in other countries, simply apply your Planner number as their referral ID number. The countries that can sponsor each other are the U.S., Canada, and Taiwan. (as of Dec. 2023)

I put my information incorrectly. How can I correct it?

You may update your name, Social Security number, date of birth, or sponsor ID number within 3 business days if it is recognizable as a typo or a simple mistake. You may update your email address, phone number, or mailing address at any time, but it may require additional verification.

Can I change my sponsor?

You may change your sponsor information within 3 business days if it is recognizable as a typo or a simple mistake. However, you may not change your sponsor due to a change of heart.

If I convert from customer to Planner, what happens to all of my previous purchases?

All the previous orders as Customer has been calculated and used for sponsor Planners’ rank advancements and commissions. Therefore the BP volume will still be there, however it will not count towards your rank advancements or commissions.

Do I need a business entity to enroll?

You do not need a business entity to enroll as a Planner. You can enroll as an individual.

What do I need to do to register my business entity?

Please download the “Business Entity Registration Form” from the “DRIVE” at exploreriman.com. 

Once the document is filled out, along with your registration form, please email us the scanned copy (not a photocopy) of the information below.

The basic information of the Planner account holder and the member of the entity must match in order for us to process your request.

Can I add business entity later?

When you file your business entity with your state, you may request to update your account as a business entity.

If I enroll as a business entity, do I still have to input my personal information?

All Planner accounts are initially set up as individuals, and you may later add a business entity for tax purposes.

Can I remove my business entity from my Planner account?

You may remove your business entity from your Planner account. However, the same business entity may not be used under another person’s Planner account.

Can I have another account as a business entity in addition to my personal account?

Your Planner account with a business entity will still require your personal information, and you cannot have two accounts with the same personal information.

Can I use resale tax exemptions?

You may use your resale tax exemptions certificate on your personal orders. Resale tax exemption is intended for you to resell the product that you purchase from us without tax applied, and you assume the responsibility on collecting taxes from your customers. So you may resell the product and file taxes on it through your business.

What is an Active Customer?

Active Customer is a customer who has purchased any of Incellderm, Botalab, or Lifening products in a calendar month. The customer may be a registered Beauty Customer, or a non-registered customer who purchased through my “Bag” or “replicated site.” 

An individual purchasing multiple times will only count as a single Active Customer.

What happens if I don’t meet the Active Customer requirement?

If you do not meet the Active Customer requirement, your commission will be withheld until the month that you meet the requirement.

Your commission will be calculated based on your rank at the time of order. Your rank advancement takes place either on the next day of qualifying order (Manager and Senior Manager), or the 1st of the following month (Team Leaders and above)

What happens if one of the product in Autoship is out of stock?

If the product is out of stock, you will be notified and ask to choose another product. If you do not update the Autoship cart, that month will be skipped.

What happens if a product in my Bag is discontinued / inactive?

If the product in your Bag is discontinued or inactive from the stie, the link for your Bag will be invalid and redirect your customers to Riman.com.

Can I set up multiple Autoship?

You can only set up one Autoship at this time.

Can I skip an Autoship?

Yes, you may skip an Autoshipment. However, once you skip a month, your 3 months count for the free gift will reset to 0.

Does coupons and points affect my BP and commission?

All the BPs are calculated after any Points used or discounts / coupons applied.

If I have volume outside of my home country, how would the commission be calculated?

All of our volume will be calculated based on BP. Once the commission is calculated in BP, it will be calculated based on your currency of your home country.

Are we FDA approved?

Please note that while the FDA does regulate cosmetics, it does NOT administer approvals for cosmetics to go on the market. The FDA regulates cosmetics via two laws, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C) and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA). These acts prohibit the marketing of misbranded or falsely labeled cosmetics, but manufacturers and brand marketers, not the FDA, have the ultimate responsibility of ensuring the safety of their own products (read more about the FDA’s involvement in cosmetics here.)   

To embrace our moral responsibility of ensuring the safety and marketing validity of each of our products, we submit each formula to high standards and testing before sale. RIMAN products are manufactured at an FDA-approved facility that carries GMP (good manufacturing practice) and OTC (over-the-counter) certifications and upholds stringent quality and organizational assurances. All RIMAN products and ingredients are selected and used based on a comprehensive review of global regulations, compliance, and safety data. Ingredients are selected on not only the basis of efficacy, but also on the bases of environmental responsibility and skin safety. 

For example, our Dermatology EX line is German Derma tested, which means it is guaranteed safe for sensitive skin with no potential for skin irritation.  We have also tested our Suamel body care items, which were confirmed not to cause irritation, and our Deserticola hair products for cytotoxicity, of which none was found. As we continue to innovate, safety and quality remain at the forefront of formulation, so these tests are only some of the many we perform before bringing the RIMAN difference to you!
